NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION December 31st 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Ring in the New Year with an unforgettable evening of excitement, glamour, and celebration at Braemar! Enjoy a live band, casino games with fantastic prizes, an open bar, and a delectable buffet dinner. Dance the night away as we countdown to midnight, raising a glass with a champagne toast to welcome 2025 in style. Don’t miss this incredible evening of cheer, fun, and festivities! Menu: Seafood Bar: Poached Whole Salmon Oysters on the half shell with condiments Shrimp Cocktail Spicy Tuna poke with wonton petals Eel nigiri. Soup & Salads: Potato Leek Soup - black truffle oil.
