Please join us for our first ever character brunch! Featuring the much loved Bluey & Bingo! Enjoy a brunch buffet followed by a meet & greet with the characters. You will have the opportunity to interact and take your own photos with the characters. Teen Fitness Seminar
Teen Fitness Seminar | January 12, 2:00 PM Does your teen want to work out in their gym without a parent this year? Completing this class allows your teens to do that! An excellent gym introduction for anyone ages 12-15 taught by fitness professional, Tim Caplena. Completing this course will allow the teen to workout without parent supervision in the gym. The seminar will discuss gym etiquette, weight training benefits, proper form, and how to handle peer pressure.
