Lift & Pump Mondays 9:15-10:30am $8 per class, the first class is complimentary! This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. We use dumbbells, bands, balls, weighted bars, steps and your own body weight. We will work all major and minor muscle groups. Because you are in control of how heavy you want to lift and pump, this class is suited for all levels of exercisers.

Then, we'll dive into rounds of fast-paced dice action, where you'll rotate tables and switch partners, giving you plenty of opportunities to meet and chat with fellow members. It’s the third week of our new menu, but we can consider it a figurative and literal soft launch!
